There can be a few reasons why you are not receiving any e-mail notifications. The most likely is that you have opted out, but company firewalls could also be hindering e-mail delivery on your end. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below.


  1. First check your notification settings. You can find them from your profile in the top right. If all your settings are set to 'None', this could be why you are not receiving notifications.
  2. If your settings are correct and you should be receiving e-mail notifications, check your e-mail spam/junk folder.
  3. If the notifications are not there either, contact your IT department. Most likely a company firewall is blocking the @leanlinking.com domain. Ask them to whitelist the domain.
