If a supplier says they are not receiving e-mail notifications from LeanLinking, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure the supplier's e-mail address in LeanLinking is correct. You can check it on the Supplier Master Data overview. Find the supplier in question and check the e-mail address registered under Point of Contact - Email. For linked suppliers, see step 2.



2. Check if the supplier is linked. You can check it on the Supplier overview. Find the supplier in question and check if the Linked icon below is shown in the Linked column.If the supplier is linked the users on the supplier account can receive e-mail notifications. You can see the users on all suppliers on the Contacts page. If a user is not registered ask an Admin User on the supplier account to invite the missing person.



3. If the points above do not explain why a supplier does not get the e-mails, then ask them to check their spam/junk folder. If the spam/junk folder is empty, have your supplier contact their IT department, as they likely have not added @leanlinking.com as a trusted domain. Ask them to whitelist the domain.
