With a few exceptions you can always change which e-mail notifications you receive from LeanLinking, and how often.
To change your e-mail notification settings:
- Go to your Email Notifications settings via your profile in the top right corner.
- Select the appropriate area from the left depending on the type of e-mail notifications you want to change.
- You can then choose under which scenarios you will receive e-mail notifications. You can specify your settings for Files, Compliance, Reviews, NCRs, KPIs, and Actions independently. The options are:
- None: You will not receive any e-mail notifications from LeanLinking, except for Gatekeeper notifications and password reset e-mails.
- All: You will receive e-mail notifications for all registration and creation-related activity on your LeanLinking company account. We do not recommend this setting for accounts with many users.
- Only related to external partners I am owner for: You will receive e-mail notifications for all registrations and creation-related activities on suppliers that you are set as an Owner for. This is the setting we recommend for most users.
