On LeanLinking you can create User Access Settings for your Users (not Admin Users, who can access everything, or Light Users, who are already restricted). Users assigned to a User Access Setting can only access the modules allowed in that specific User Access Setting.

How do I create a User Access Setting?

  1. Go to the User Access Settings page in the Admin module.
  2. Click the Create button.
  3. Enter a relevant name and choose which modules/areas of LeanLinking the users in the User Access Setting should have access to. The users will not have access to the areas not chosen.
  4. Finally, click the Create button to save the new User Access Setting.

How do I apply a User Access Setting to a User?

  1. Go to the User Management page in the Admin module.
  2. Click a User to open the Editing window.
  3. Open the User Access Setting drop-down menu and select the relevant setting.
  4. Click the Save button. The User will now only be able to access the modules selected in that Setting.
