On this page you can invite suppliers to join you on LeanLinking. When you invite a supplier the supplier receives an invitation email from LeanLinking. If the supplier accepts this invitation the supplier will have their own supplier company account on LeanLinking linked to your company account. This way you can collaborate and share information with suppliers on the LeanLinking platform.

Some features on LeanLinking are only accessible for suppliers that are linked via LeanLinking. This includes features like:

  • Commenting on activities (Compliance Registrations, NCRs, Reviews and Projects.)
  • Possibility to access lists of activities.
  • Possibility to see list of self-assessment requests.

To invite a supplier to use LeanLinking with you do the following:

  1. Go to the Admin page  Invite.
  2. Edit the headlines and message fields as needed. Only personalise a field to a specific supplier if you are only going to send the invitation to one supplier, as the same template will be sent to all selected suppliers during the next step.
  3. Click the Next button.
  4. Select all the suppliers you wish to invite to join you on LeanLinking. You can use the search function or sort by any column by clicking its headline. You select a supplier by ticking the checkbox in the left-most column. You can also choose to select or deselect all by clicking the buttons in the top left-hand corner.
  5. Click the Next button.
  6. LeanLinking will show you the message and invite you are about to send, and a list of the suppliers you are about to send it to. Click the Invite button once you have confirmed this is correct.

Note: A supplier does NOT need a user login to perform the tasks below, but can do these simply via links sent via e-mail notifications from LeanLinking:

  • Fill in a Compliance self-assessment template.
  • Receive new KPI data just uploaded.
  • Receive an NCR reports.
  • Receive a Reviews.

Note: Regarding users on supplier company account: When a supplier has a supplier company account on LeanLinking, the supplier can have multiple users on their account. So the person being invited by you to join your company account will typically invite other relevant users within the supplier’s organisation. This way one supplier company account on LeanLinking can include many users that are then also linked to your company account.
