The Invitation Status page shows a list of active pending invitations sent to your suppliers. If you have extended an invitation to a supplier to join you on LeanLinking, that supplier - and their invitation - will show up in this list.
How do I cancel an invitation sent to a supplier?
- Go to the Invitation Status page in the Admin module.
- Use the filtering, sorting and search functions to find the supplier you are looking for.
- Select one or more suppliers by checking the box in the left-most column.
- Click the Delete button. The invitation link that was originally sent to the supplier will be deactivated.
Can I re-send an invitation to a supplier?
- Yes you can! First go to the Invitation Status page in the Admin module.
- Use the filtering, sorting and search functions to find the supplier you are looking for.
- Click the Copy button next to the link in the URL column.
- Paste the link to an e-mail or other communication form to send it to your supplier. Be careful not to send the wrong link!
