The Invitation Status page shows a list of active pending invitations sent to your suppliers. If you have extended an invitation to a supplier to join you on LeanLinking, that supplier - and their invitation - will show up in this list.


How do I cancel an invitation sent to a supplier?

  1. Go to the Invitation Status page in the Admin module.
  2. Use the filtering, sorting and search functions to find the supplier you are looking for.
  3. Select one or more suppliers by checking the box in the left-most column.
  4. Click the Delete button. The invitation link that was originally sent to the supplier will be deactivated.



Can I re-send an invitation to a supplier?

  1. Yes you can! First go to the Invitation Status page in the Admin module.
  2. Use the filtering, sorting and search functions to find the supplier you are looking for.
  3. Click the Copy button next to the link in the URL column.
  4. Paste the link to an e-mail or other communication form to send it to your supplier. Be careful not to send the wrong link!
