When you have defined Supplier Status Categories, you can set up a rule where a specific Compliance registration's approval status triggers a Status change on the supplier.


How do I set up a Status Event rule?

  1. Go to the Status Event Settings page in the Admin module.
  2. Click the Create button.
  3. Select which Compliance template you want to set up the rule for.
  4. Choose the Approval Status on the Compliance template that should trigger the Status change on the supplier.
  5. Select what Status the supplier should be changed to when the Compliance template enters the chosen Approval Status.
  6. Click the Create button.


In the example below the Supplier will be set to Approved in Status once the Compliance template 'Contract' has been approved.



How do I change a Status Event rule?

  1. Go to the Status Event Settings page in the Admin module.
  2. Click the Status Rule you want to change to open the editing window.
  3. Make the changes you need and click the Save button.


How do I delete a Status Event rule?

  1. Go to the Status Event Settings page in the Admin module.
  2. Select the Status Event rules you want to delete by checking the box(es) in the left-most column.
  3. Click the Delete button.
