When creating a new review on the Create Review page it is possible to choose a Review Criteria and the Visibility of the resulting review. Pre-selecting a default Review Criteria and a default Visibility from this page in the Admin module helps avoid confusion and save time for your Users when they are registering new Reviews on your suppliers.


How do I select which Review Criteria should be the default choice?

  1. Go to the Review Defaults page in the Admin module.
  2. Click the Select default review criteria drop-down menu.
  3. Select the Review Criteria you want to be the default choice.
  4. Click the Save button.


How do I select which Visibility setting should be the default choice?

  1. Go to the Review Defaults page in the Admin module.
  2. Click the Select default review visibility drop-down menu.
  3. Select either Internal or External. When set to Internal, only Users in your company will be able to see the Review. If set to External, your supplier will receive an e-mail notification and can see the Review you have made on them.
  4. Click the Save button.
