The titles and headlines of the various fields and inputs on the Non-conformance Report registration forms can be customised to fit your internal language and processes. Unused fields can also be disabled, or other fields made mandatory. This is done from the NCR Fields page.


How do I rename something on a Non-conformance Report?

  1. Go to the NCR Fields page in the Admin module.
  2. Locate the field you want to change the name for.
  3. Input your new title in the field to the right.
  4. Click the Save button.


How do I make an NCR field mandatory, or how do I disable one?

  1. Go to the NCR Fields page in the Admin module.
  2. Locate the field you want to change.
  3. From the drop-down menu on the right, select Invisible to disable the field, or Visible And Mandatory to make the field mandatory to fill in during the registration of an NCR.
  4. Click the Save button.
