Compliance Templates can be added to the Compliance Elements section on Supplier Profiles based on the suppliers' Group. This can serve as an easy overview of which required templates are actually registered on any given supplier, and the quality of that registration.


How do I add Compliance Templates to a Supplier Profile?

  1. Go to the Template Group Matrix page in the Admin module.
  2. Check the boxes in the corresponding rows and columns. Checking a box will then show that template for all suppliers in the Group.



Where do I see the required Templates on the supplier?

  1. Go to the supplier's Supplier Profile (by clicking the graph icon next to the Supplier Number on the Supplier Overview).
  2. Go to the Performance Overview tab and scroll down to the Compliance Elements section.
