The Template Overview serves as your overview of existing Compliance Templates, and allows you to create new or edit existing templates.


How do I copy an existing Compliance Template?

  1. Go to the Template Overview page in the Admin module.
  2. Click the Copy button in the Copy or Copy Template and Registrations column. Clicking the first will make a duplicate of the compliance template. Clicking the latter will make a duplicate of the template and any registrations previously made on the template.
  3. Rename the template if needed and make any changes to the template if relevant.
  4. Click the Save button in the bottom right-hand corner. The new template copy will be available with all your other templates.


How do I make changes to a Compliance Template?

  1. Go to the Template Overview page in the Admin module.
  2. Click the template you wish to edit. This will direct you to the template builder page.
  3. Make the changes you need.
  4. Click the Update button in the bottom right-hand corner.


How do I create a new Compliance Template?

  1. Go to the Template Overview page in the Admin module.
  2. Click the Create button.
  3. Follow the remaining steps as detailed here.


How do I deactivate an unused Compliance Template?

If you have a compliance template that you are no longer using, but you need to retain the registrations, you can deactivate it. It can always be reactivated, and when it is inactive it will still be available from the Compliance Overview.

  1. Go to the Template Overview page in the Admin module.
  2. Select the template(s) you want to deactivate by checking the box(es) in the left-most column.
  3. Click the Change Activation button.
  4. Set to Inactive and click Save.
  5. To reactivate a template, follow the same steps but set it to Active instead.
