Users can send self-assessment requests directly to suppliers via the home page on LeanLinking, but only one at a time. As an Admin User you can send requests for multiple templates and across multiple suppliers at once using the Request Information section of the Admin page.


To send self-assessment requests:

  1. Go to the Request Information page in the Admin module.
  2. Select one or more templates that you wish to have suppliers fill in from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select one or more suppliers that you wish to have filling in the templates you selected in the previous step.
  4. If you would like the supplier to be invited to LeanLinking, and linked with your company account, tick the checkbox Include invitation to link up for not linked External Partners.
  5. If the supplier should be able to fill in the specific template(s) multiple times (such as when providing multiple certificates) check the box Multiple Self-Assessments Possible.
  6. You can add an extra message to be included in the email notification sent to the suppliers.
  7. Click the Create and send email button.


The supplier(s) will now receive an e-mail from the system requesting them to fill in and upload the information requested in the template(s).

Note: The suppliers do not need a LeanLinking User to do so - They can upload the information as a Guest User.  However the supplier needs to have an e-mail address entered on your company' LeanLinking account in order to receive the request.
