The headlines for the columns on the Supplier Overview can be re-named to fit your company's needs. Extra columns can also be added to the Supplier Master Data Overview. Both are done from this page in the Admin module.
How do I change the headlines on the Supplier Overview columns?
- Go to the Field Settings page in the Admin module.
- Locate the headline you wish to change.
- Write in a new headline in the right-hand column.
- Click the Save button. Next time you visit the Supplier Overview the headlines will change to reflect the new headlines.
How do I change the headlines on the Supplier Overview columns back to normal?
- Go to the Field Settings page in the Admin module.
- Locate the headline you wish to change back to the default title.
- Remove the text in the right-hand column.
- Click the Save button. Next time you visit the Supplier Overview the headlines will have changed back to the default title.
Can I add extra columns to the regular Supplier Overview?
No. You can add repurpose existing columns by renaming them (see above), or you can add extra columns to the Supplier Master Data Overview (see below).
How do I add extra columns to the Supplier Master Data Overview?
- Go to the Field Settings page in the Admin module.
- Scroll down to the Edit External Partner Custom Columns section.
- Click the Add Custom Column button.
- Enter a headline for your new column.
- Click the Save button. The new column will now be available on the Supplier Master Data Overview and can be populated with data from there, or by uploading an Excel sheet on the Upload Company File page in the Admin module.
How do I delete a Custom Column?
- Go to the Field Settings page in the Admin module.
- Scroll down to the Edit External Partner Custom Columns section.
- Click the red X button next to the custom column you want to delete. Note that this can not be undone, and all data in that column will also be deleted!
Can I delete a Custom Column but keep the data for later?
Yes! You can deactivate a Custom Column, which will hide it from view in the Supplier Master Data Overview, but any data will be kept in the system. You can always reactivate the Custom Columns.
- Go to the Field Settings page in the Admin module.
- Scroll down to the Edit External Partner Custom Columns section.
- Click the drop-down menu to the right of the Custom Column you want to deactivate.
- Select Inactive from the drop-down menu.
- Click the Save button. To reactivate a Custom Column, simply follow the same steps, but select Active from the drop-down menu instead.
