The Supplier Overview shows you a list of your suppliers as well as any performance data you are collecting via or uploading to LeanLinking. Below you will find explanations of what the different columns mean.
The first thing to note is that in the top right corner of your overview you will see two dates that can be adjusted. All the results you see will only take into account data from between the two dates.
1. Reviews
This shows you the average rating of reviews registered on the supplier, whether they are manually created or collected by surveys. The number in the parentheses next to the star rating is the number of reviews made in the period. Clicking the rating will take you to an overview of the listed reviews.
2. KPIs
The percentage in the KPIs column shows what percentage of the current month's KPIs (in this case meaning KPI data uploaded to LeanLinking from external sources) are on target. If two of two KPIs are on target, it will shows 100%. If only one of two KPIs are on target, it will show 50%. Clicking the KPI percentage will take you to a KPI overview.
3. NCRs
The number listed here represents the total amount of Non-conformance Reports registered on the supplier in the selected period. You can click the graph icon to see how the reports are distributed across the various NCR categories. You can also click the number to be taken to a complete list of NCRs made on the supplier.
4. NCR Days Open
This column shows the average amount of days an NCR has remained open (i.e. unresolved) on this supplier, giving you an indicator of how responsive and communicative your suppliers are.
5. Compliance Score
Across all compliance registrations with scoring enabled made on the supplier, this percentage shows the average score achieved by the supplier. Depending on use, this indicates the quality of the replies given on questionnaires etc. Clicking this field will take you to a complete list of the scored compliance registrations made on the supplier.
6. Compliance Fill-Rate
Where the Compliance Score column shows the average score of scored registrations, the Fill-Rate column shows how many questions have actually been answered at all across all compliance registrations on the supplier. Clicking this column also takes you to a complete list of compliance registrations made on the supplier.
