The Supplier Overview gives you a good summary of your suppliers' performance on whichever parameters you measure them.
On the Supplier Overview you can see:
- Average review rating
- Percentage of KPIs on target
- NCRs registered in the period
- Average days NCRs remained open for
- Average score on compliance registrations
- Average fill-rate on compliance registrations
If you are looking for a more in-depth view on a particular supplier, visit the Supplier Profile and click the Performance Overview tab. You can access the Supplier Profile by clicking the graph icon next to the supplier number on the overview.
On the Performance Overview you can see:
- Details about review scores and how the supplier fares against your other suppliers.
- A simple view of external KPI data uploaded to the supplier.
- Details about the supplier's compliance registrations.
- A detailed overview of NCRs registered on the supplier.
