When you or your colleagues request information from your suppliers on LeanLinking, that request will remain active until filled by the supplier, or until recalled by someone in your organisation.
You can track individual requests in two areas: The Compliance Matrix Overview, and the Compliance Requests page.
Compliance Matrix Overview
The Compliance Matrix Overview shows a table of all your suppliers and all your Compliance Templates. The corresponding cell between the two axis then shows information about the status of the supplier's standing with the template in question.
The cell can contain any combination of the information below.
Blank cell
The supplier has not been requested to provide information on this template, and no registration exists on the supplier.
Fill: x %
One or more registration exists on the supplier, whether it was provided by the supplier or filled in by internal stakeholders.
The fill-rate reflects the amount of questions asked on the template that have been answered on the registration. If a template contains 10 questions, and only 5 were answered, the fill-rate would show 50%.
Score: x %
One or more registration exists on the supplier, whether it was provided by the supplier or filled in by internal stakeholders.
The score reflects the weighted and calculated score on the registration, provided that the template is set up with scoring and weights.
MM/DD/YYYY
The supplier has been requested to provide information on this template on the date in question.
Keep in mind that if a date is displayed along with other information (such as score and fill-rate), it means that a registration already exists, but the supplier has been asked to provide information again.
Compliance Requests page
The Requests page shows each request sent to suppliers as individual line items. You can see which supplier was solicited for information, what template was sent to them, who requested the information, and when the request was sent.
Requests can be recalled (meaning that the link sent to the supplier will become inactive) by selecting the request(s) and clicking the Recall button as shown below:
