It is possible to group Survey Templates together in so-called Groups. Grouped Survey Templates will show up together when selecting a survey template to send out to respondents.
Survey Template Groups can be created from the Survey Template Group page in the Admin module using the following process:
- Go to the Survey Template Group page in the Admin module.
- Click the Create button.
- Input a name for your new Group.
- Click the Create button.
- (Optional) Select one or more Groups by checking the box in the left-most column.
- (Optional) Click the Change Category button.
- (Optional) Set a Category based on the use of the Survey Template:
- Generic for Surveys used broadly,
- Performance for Surveys used in Performance Assessments,
- Segmentation for Surveys used in Segmentation Assessments.
Survey Templates can be assigned a Group from the Survey Template Overview using the following process:
- Go to the Supplier Template Overview page in the Admin module.
- Click a Survey Template to edit it.
- Select a Survey Template Group from the corresponding dropdown menu.
- Click the Update button.
