It is possible to group Survey Templates together in so-called Groups. Grouped Survey Templates will show up together when selecting a survey template to send out to respondents.


Survey Template Groups can be created from the Survey Template Group page in the Admin module using the following process:

  1. Go to the Survey Template Group page in the Admin module.
  2. Click the Create button.
  3. Input a name for your new Group.
  4. Click the Create button.
  5. (Optional) Select one or more Groups by checking the box in the left-most column.
  6. (OptionalClick the Change Category button.
  7. (OptionalSet a Category based on the use of the Survey Template:
    1. Generic for Surveys used broadly,
    2. Performance for Surveys used in Performance Assessments,
    3. Segmentation for Surveys used in Segmentation Assessments.


Survey Templates can be assigned a Group from the Survey Template Overview using the following process:

  1. Go to the Supplier Template Overview page in the Admin module.
  2. Click a Survey Template to edit it.
  3. Select a Survey Template Group from the corresponding dropdown menu.
  4. Click the Update button.
