Customers can raise issues on LeanLinking to track their progress and resolution. We call these Non-Conformance Reports, or NCR for short.
If an NCR has been shared with you, you will receive an e-mail notification with a link directly to the NCR in question. You can read through the details of the raised ticket on the NCR itself and communicate with your customer in the Comments section.
